Agents

Employee name and monthly cost for sales agents. Exact dates are the PH cutoffs (1st & 15th); cost is split in half across both. Roster carries forward month to month.

Commissions

If/else payout rules — e.g. sale with no discount vs with discount, or today’s / weekly / monthly total net sale (Completed Sales only, by installation date) reaches an amount then pay an incentive.

If a lead’s sale is less than this amount, commission rules are bypassed and commission is set to this amount.

Installers

Employee name and monthly cost for installers (mechanics). Exact dates are the PH cutoffs (1st & 15th); cost is split in half across both. Roster carries forward month to month.

Monthly recurring costs

Rent, utilities, subscriptions, and other monthly overhead. Set the exact date the cost lands on; defaults to the 1st. Carries forward like agents and installers.

Daily costs

One-off daily expenses. Timestamp is system-generated; enter a description and cost amount.
